A Strong Foundation for Texas Families.

CPLC operates fourteen Early Childhood Development Head Start centers across Texas. Our centers are embedded in the community, providing a gathering place for pre-school children and their families to learn and grow in a nurturing and safe environment.

CPLC additionally provides support services for veterans and their families including assistance with housing, benefits programs, legal services, financial assistance, rental and utility assistance, health care navigation, and help with other needs such as child care, transportation, and moving costs.

Battle Cry Program, SSG FOX SPGP

The suicide prevention program is dedicated to decreasing the incidence of suicide among Veterans. Our mission is centered on improving the overall well-being and mental health status of Veterans while providing social support and connection to VA and community-based resources.
