A Home to Those who Need it Most.

Supportive Housing Services

Our supportive housing services are grounded on the principle that permanent, stable housing is the foundation for success. We provide housing stability to individuals experiencing homelessness from populations which experience increased barriers to housing, such as Domestic Violence, Extremely Low Income, Previous Criminal History, Previous Foster Care, Separated Families, Serious Mental Illness, and Substance Abuse and Addiction

We provide the following services to support housing stability:

Senior Service Coordination

We prevent social isolation and promote aging in place for low-income seniors living at home by providing supportive services that help them maintain their independence and reduce Medicare/Medicaid costs.

Housing Navigation

We help at-risk and underserved populations secure and maintain affordable, stable housing.

Rapid Rehousing

Our rapid rehousing program quickly transitions individuals and families out of homelessness. To inquire about our housing and shelter options, you must first go through Coordinated Entry. All families and single clients, please call 211 for assistance.

New Mexico Supportive Housing Initiative

The NM Supportive Housing Initiative provides housing units and support services for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or precariously housed. As part of the New Mexico Behavioral Health Purchasing Collaborative Supportive Housing Plan, this program provides subsidized housing units for households with income limits ranging from 30-60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) who have a long term mental or physical disability that requires long-term supportive services.
