We determine which individuals qualify for rental administration and deploy public and private funds to help these individuals pay rent.
We prevent social isolation and promote aging in place for low-income seniors living at home by providing supportive services that help them maintain their independence and reduce Medicare/Medicaid costs.
We help at-risk and underserved populations secure and maintain affordable, stable housing.
