New Hope in a New Home

Ali is a recent refugee from Afghanistan, fleeing violence and persecution in his home country. He had great hopes for his future in his now home in Arizona. But his dreams seemed to slowly slip away as resources for refugees dwindled. Ali came to CPLC Workforce Solutions, eager to learn and earn his way.

After he completed a training program during the grueling summer months, CPLC helped Ali secure a full-time, high-paying construction job where he contributes to Arizona's economy. He is now saving money to buy his first car and is eager to make friends and contribute to his new community.
