The relationship between a parent and child is sacred. Tragically, in recent years, the United States government has enacted punitive immigration policies that disregard this sacred relationship by ripping children from the hands of their parents and then losing track of their parents. This state-sanctioned child abuse will traumatize these children for the rest of their lives.
