Housing Projects

Our Phoenix Housing Division services include for-sale development of quality, energy efficient single-family homes located in new planned communities created by CPLC or on indivudual lots situated in long-time neighborhoods. Our homes are designed to create comfortable living spaces, with quality finishes and amenities -- all at prices you can afford. Homes are currently being developed in Phoenix, Teme and Glendale with additional projects in process in a city near you.
