Arizona Tax Credit Eligibility
Currently in the State of Arizona, there are two tax credits available, that can benefit you, your family and CPLC! We encourage you to learn about these credits, discuss them with your tax consultant and tell your friends. Many of you are eligible to receive both credits!
- Arizona Public Schools Tax Credits
CPLC has charter schools located within Pima County. While each charter school has a different focus, all have the same objective: to advance educational goals, increase educational achievement and graduation rates, develop leadership, promote civic participation, and increase college entrance and graduation among youth. - Arizona State Working Poor Tax Credit
The Helping the Working Poor tax credit was established by the Arizona state legislature to provide services such as medical care, child care, food, clothing, shelter and basic needs for employed families struggling to make ends meet. To encourage charitable contributions specifically for this fund, the Arizona State Legislature allows most individual donors to take up to $200 off of their taxes, based on the amount of the gift, in the form of a tax credit.
MAIL-IN DONATIONS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY DECEMBER 31 OR MADE ONLINE BY DECEMBER 31 TO RECEIVE THE TAX CREDIT FOR THE CURRENT YEAR.
