U.S. Supreme Court Decision on SB1070

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled on the constitutionality of four key sections of SB1070 on June 25, 2012. The Court rejected three of the four sections, thus concurring with the lower courts' 2010 injunction. The only provision upheld was Section 2(b), typically referred to as the "show me your papers" section. Please click on the video below to listen to Edmundo Hidalgo's take on this issue.
